Run the Talent Management Web Service Transfer

The Talent Management Web Service transfer process requests data from Talent Management and transfers it to Vision. It populates the appropriate fields in the Employee Info Center.

To transfer data from Talent Management to Vision:

1. From the Vision Navigation menu, click Utilities > Advanced Utilities > Talent Management Web Service.
2. On the General Tab of the Talent Management Web Service form, select the data that you want to transfer.
3. Complete one of the following actions:

   Option	Description
   Run	Click this option to perform the transfer immediately
   Schedule	Click this option and complete the information on the Schedule dialog box to schedule the transfer to run at a later time

4. After the data transfer finishes, check the grid on the General tab of the Talent Management Web Service form. If any errors or warning conditions occur during the data transfer, they display in the Message column. If the transfer finishes without errors or warnings, that column displays the number of records that were added to Vison.

You should maintain employee records in Vision. When a web service transfer is run, records in Talent Management are updated.
