Asset Summary General Tab

Use the General tab to set report options for the Asset Summary report, including the GL book on which the report is based, the calculation methods used for the assets, and the status settings of the assets.

Field Description
Report Name This field displays the default report name. You can change the default report name.
Book From the drop-down list, select the GL book on which the report will be based.
Calculation This section contains calculation methods used for the asset. Select the check box(es) of the calculation methods for the equipment that you want to include in the report.
  • Depreciate
  • Lease
  • Prepaid
Status This section contains status options for the asset. Select the check box(es) of the status settings for the equipment that you want to include in the report.
  • Active
  • inactive
  • Disposed
Period Range Use this option if you want to use a periods as the basis for the date range. Use the drop-down lists in the fields to select the start period and end period.
Print Final Totals Select this check box to display a line at the end of the report that shows total amounts for the entire report.
