You work with the Custom Proposal Form and a number of dialog boxes to create and modify custom proposals that use Microsoft Word merge templates.

Use the Select Separator Format dialog to specify how the completed proposal displays data that is adjacent to an empty field. - Select State/Province Format Dialog Box
