Post Cleared Items Dialog Box
Use the Post Cleared Items dialog box to process payments that have cleared the bank but that have not yet posted to the general ledger account.
When you click Post, Vision selects and clears all of the items listed in the Cleared Items grid. You must process cleared items in the period in which they physically cleared the bank and on the correct bank statement.
If your firm uses the Deltek First Vision Essentials cloud version of Vision, and if posting a log is configured to print immediately, the posting logs will open the Preview window. Use the options in the Preview window to continue printing.
If you need to undo the posting of a cleared item, use the Undo Posting utility (

To display the dialog box, complete the following steps:
- From the Vision Navigation menu, click .
- Click the Payments tab on the Bank Statement Reconciliation form.
- Click Post Cleared Items. This button displays only if the In-Process Account feature is enabled on the Bank Codes tab of the Bank Codes form ( ).
