Client Examples - Opportunity Info Center

You can associate client records with opportunity records.

Example One

If you open the opportunity record for the Student Activity Center and add Juan Perez to the Clients grid:

• Juan Perez — and related client information — displays in the Clients grid on the Clients/Contacts tab of the Student Activity Center's opportunity record.

• Student Activity Center — and related opportunity information — displays in the Opportunities grid on the Opportunities tab of Juan Perez's client record.

If you open the opportunity record for the Student Activity Center and remove Juan Perez from the Clients grid:

• Juan Perez — and related client information — no longer displays in the Clients grid on the Clients/Contacts tab of the Student Activity Center's opportunity record.

• Student Activity Center — and related opportunity information — no longer displays in the Opportunities grid on the Opportunities tab of Juan Perez's client record.

Example Two

If you open the client record for Juan Perez and add Student Activity Center to the Opportunities grid:

• Student Activity Center — and related opportunity information — displays in the Opportunities grid on the Opportunities tab of Juan Perez's client record.

• Juan Perez — and related client information — displays in the Clients grid on the Clients/Contacts tab of the Student Activity Center's opportunity record.

If you open the client record for Juan Perez and remove Student Activity Center from the Opportunities grid:

• Student Activity Center — and related opportunity information — no longer displays in the Opportunities grid on the Opportunities tab of Juan Perez's client record.

• Juan Perez — and related client information — no longer displays in the Clients grid on the Clients/Contacts tab of the Student Activity Center's opportunity record.
