Search and Replace Utility

The Search and Replace utility makes it possible for you to update fields globally for multiple Info Center records.

You can also perform global updates for Billing Terms and Project Planning.

You can re-run a Search and Replace update that you performed previously or view the history of previous Search and Replace runs.

You can replace an existing value with:

• A new value that you enter.
• A value from another field.
• A value that results from an SQL expression.

For example, you can use Search and Replace to reassign all projects for project manager Tennant to project manager Smith.
