Use the Report Printers tab to view printers that are available to you for printing reports.

Field | Description |
Report Printers Drop-down

Click the drop-down arrow on a grid header to complete any of the following actions:
- To print grid data, click
Print. On the Print Preview form, click
to send the grid data to your default printer.
- To export grid data to an Excel spreadsheet, click
Export to Excel. When Microsoft Excel opens, use its features to modify, print, or email the grid data, or to save the spreadsheet file locally.
- To turn on grouping for a grid, click
Enable Grouping. When a field displays with the instruction: "Drag a column header here to group by that column," drag and drop column headers into the field, in the sequence that you want them to display.
Not all options are available on all grids.

Refresh
|
Select this option to refresh/update the list of printers available for server side report printing.

Printer Name
|
This field displays the name of the printer, such as Administration.
|
Location
|
This field displays the location of the printer, such as 3rd Floor.
|
Model
|
This field displays the model of the printer, such as HP LaserJet 8150.
|
Description
|
This field displays the description of the printer.
|
Allow Collate
|
Select this option if you want to allow collating for this printer.
|
Allow Color
|
Select this option if you want to allow color printing for this printer.
|
Default Page Type
|
This field displays the default page type, such as Letter or Legal.

Default Tray
|
This field displays the default paper tray, such as Auto Select.
