View the Entire Gantt Chart

You can expand the view of the Gantt chart.

To view the entire Gantt chart, complete the following steps:

1. On the Schedule tab, right-click anywhere in the chart and select Show All. The display expands to show the entire chart.
2. You can use the mouse wheel, mouse pad, or page up and down to zoom in and out to look at the Gantt chart. When you zoom out, the scale changes to a larger scale. When you zoom in, the chart changes to a smaller scale.
