Contents of the Change W-2 Quarter/Year Form

Use the fields and options to specify the payroll posting run and select the new W-2 quarter and year.

Field	Description
Payroll Postings this Period	Select the payroll posting run for which you want to change the quarter and/or the year.
Payroll Postings grid	This grid displays the posting periods for the year selected.
W2 Year	Select the new W-2 year.
W2 Quarter	Select the new W-2 quarter.
