PivotTable Field List Tips

Vision fields are grouped in the PivotTable Field List. For example, in the Project OLAP Cube, you see group headings such as Values, Accounts Receivable, Billed, Compensation, Expenses, and Labor.

Within some Vision groups in the PivotTable Field List, you see a More Fields folder that contains additional fields to add to reports.

If you use the Vision Multicurrency feature, multicurrency options are located in a Multicurrency folder within Vision measure groups in the PivotTable Field List.

Tilde (~)

A tilde beside a field name in the PivotTable Field List indicates one of the following:

• A Vision custom field name has been modified in the Vision transactional database, but it has not been updated in the Vision data cubes.
• The field is not in use. For example, for multilevel Vision fields such as Organization (has five levels — Org1, Org 2, Org2, Org4, and Org5), if you do not use all levels, the unused levels display with a tilde.
