Delete an Employee Group

You can delete an employee group at any time.

Prerequisites: Before you delete an employee group, remove all employees from the group and add them to another employee group.

To delete an employee group, complete the following steps:

  1. From the Vision Navigation menu, click Configuration > Time & Expense > Company Timesheet or Company Expense.
  2. Click the Employee Group tab on the Company Timesheet Configuration form or the Company Expense Report Configuration form.
  3. In the grid, click the row that contains the employee group that you want to delete.
  4. On the grid toolbar, click Delete. Vision deletes the selected group from the grid.
  5. Click Save.
