Importing and Exporting Data Between Microsoft Project and Vision Planning

You can import and export data between Vision and Microsoft Project. Vision 7.3 works with Microsoft Project 2007 and Vision 7.4 works with Microsoft Project 2010 and later versions.

The Import Plan from MS Project feature imports project plans or fee proposals from Microsoft Project into Vision Planning. The Export Plan to MS Project feature exports project plans from Vision to Microsoft Project. Both of these features copy field information such as the plan name, start and end dates, project structure (project, phase, and task details), employees, units, rates, and so on into the other application.
