Status Changes for Expense Reports
Your editing and approval rights determine the changes you can make to the status of an expense report.
You can change the status of an expense report only if you have Group, Company, or System access to the Expense Report application and if you have editing and/or approval rights to the selected expense report.

If you have editing rights, you can change the status of an expense report from In Progress to Submitted or from Submitted to In Progress.

If you have approval rights, you can change the status of an expense report from Submitted to Approved or from Approved to Submitted.

If you have editing and approval rights, you can change the status of an expense report from In Progress, Submitted or Approved to any status you like (except Posted).
