Opportunity Info Center Overview
The Opportunity Info Center contains information about project opportunities that your company wants to pursue. Use this Info Center to maintain all opportunity information, including opportunity names, contacts, addresses, phone numbers, and status.
When an opportunity becomes a project, you can post all of the information stored in the opportunity record to a new project record in the Project Info Center.
The Opportunity Info Center is available only if you use Vision CRM.
If you use Multicompany, opportunity records are available to all companies in the enterprise.
Connect for Microsoft Outlook is an optional Vision module that makes it possible for you to manage Vision clients, contacts, vendors, and opportunities, all from Microsoft Outlook. Connect for Microsoft Outlook does not replace the Client, Contact, Vendor, or Opportunity Info Centers. You use it in addition to the Info Centers, to access and manage Vision Info Center records from either application.
