Use the toolbar options to save your entries on the form, run or schedule TrafficLIVE web service jobs, and display the online help.

Field	Description
Save	Click this option to save your entries on the TrafficLIVE Web Service form.
Run	Click this option to immediately start a TrafficLIVE web service to link records between Vision and TrafficLIVE. New records are sent to TrafficLIVE from Vision and vice versa, based on the options that you select on the General tab of this form. Fields from previously linked records are updated in TrafficLIVE if changes have been made to them in Vision, you select the Sych from Vision to TrafficLive check box, and you specify the fields to update on the General tab of this form.
Schedule	Click this option to schedule a TrafficLIVE web service job to occur at another time. This process links records between Vision and TrafficLIVE. As for the Run option, new records are sent to TrafficLIVE from Vision and vice versa based on the options that you select on the General tab of this form. Fields from previously linked records are updated in TrafficLIVE if changes have been made to them in Vision, you select the Sync from Vision to TrafficLIVE check box, and you specify fields to update on the General tab of this form. You can submit multiple TrafficLIVE web service jobs to the queue with different frequencies. For example, you might schedule your employees and projects to be transferred every day and your timesheets to be transferred only once a week. When you click the Schedule option, the Schedule dialog box opens. On this dialog box, you: Use the Main tab to select a processing queue, submit a profile, place a TrafficLIVE web service job on hold, or set up an alert so that users receive an email when a TrafficLIVE web service job runs. Use the Recurrence tab if you want to set up a TrafficLIVE web service job to run regularly, according to a specific pattern (for example, on the first Monday of every month). Use the Parameters tab to view the options that you selected for the scheduled job.
