Viewing Billing Transactions

Use the View option on the Labor, Expenses, or Units tab of the Interactive Billing form to view detailed information about a transaction, such as the original transaction entry source of the transaction.

• You cannot modify any information in View mode. This information is for reference purposes only to see descriptive or background information about transactions entered through Info Centers or the Transaction Center.
• If you are viewing a labor transaction, the Billing Labor View dialog box displays detail from the timesheet line that contains the charge.
• If you are viewing an expense transaction, the Billing Expense View dialog box displays the detail from the expense transaction that contains the charge.
• If you are viewing a unit transaction, Vision displays detail from the unit transaction that contains the charge.
