Selected Employees Dialog Box

Use the Selected Employees dialog box to display a list of employees selected for the current payroll run. You can select one or more employee to review. Selected records display on the Employee Review tab.

Location

To display the dialog box, complete the following steps:

  1. From the Vision Navigation menu, click Human Resources > Payroll > Payroll Processing.
  2. Select and open a posting run.
  3. Open one or more employee records.
  4. On the Payroll Processing toolbar, click Employees.

Field Description
Employee This field displays the employee number of the employee.
Employee Name This field displays the name of the employee.
View
Select one or more employee from the list and click View to open the record or records in the Employee Review tab.
  • To select multiple, consecutive records, click the first record, press and hold down the SHIFT key, and click the last record. All records are highlighted.
  • To select multiple, non-consecutive records, click the first record, press and hold down the CTRL key, and click the remaining records.
View All Click this option to select all listed records to view in the Employee Review tab.
Close Click this option to close the dialog box without opening any records on the Employee Review tab.
Help Click this option to view online help for this dialog box.
