Configuration Reports Overview
Use the configuration reports to review selected configuration settings and audit trails of insertions, deletions, and changes made to those configuration settings.
The Period Audit report shows all occurrences of periods that were closed and opened with information on the user that performed the action.

The Screen Designer Audit report shows the information and dates for each update, delete, and insert action performed on hidden, locked, and required fields that are assigned in the Info Center Designer. You can use the selection criteria to audit changes that are made to a specific info center, and also determine if the report should be run on changes made by a specific user record. - Screen Designer Audit Detail
