Delete a User-Defined Field

You can delete a user-defined field. When you do this, you permanently remove the field and any values entered into the field, for all records in the database. You cannot undo this action. You cannot delete standard fields.

To delete a user-defined field:

1. From the Vision Navigation menu, click Configuration > General > User-Defined Components.
2. In the Application field on the User-Defined Components form, select the application for which you want to delete the field.
3. Click the Fields tab.
4. Select the field that you want to delete.
5. Click Delete.
6. Click Save.
