Toolbar of the Billing Labor Override Tables Form

Use the toolbar options to save, create, or delete labor override tables.

Field Description
Save Click this option after you create or modify labor override tables.
New After you click this option, select one of the following:
  • Click New Labor Override Table to open a blank table form. Use the blank table form to create a new labor override table.
  • Click Copy Current Override Rate Table to copy the current table information to a blank table form. You can then edit the copied table to create a new table.
  • Click Select Labor Override Table to Copy to open the Labor Override Tables Lookup and select a table to copy. You can then edit the copied table to create a new table.
Delete Open a Labor Override table and click this option to delete the table.

To delete a record from a table, click the gray box next to the line in the Labor Override Table grid and click Delete on the grid.

Print After you click this option, select one of the following:
  • Click Print Current Labor Override Table to print the table currently displayed in your browser window.
  • Click Print Active Group to print the table currently displayed in your browser window and all other tables currently open.
  • Click Select Labor Override Table to Print to open the Labor Override Tables Lookup and select the tables that you want to print.

If your firm uses the Deltek First Vision Essentials cloud version of Vision, the Print option is not available. You can preview reports onscreen and then print the reports from the Preview window.
