View All Companies Associated with an Employee (Multicompany)

You can use an Advanced Search to view a list of all companies that are associated with an employee.

To view all companies that are associated with an employee, complete the following steps:

1. From the Vision Navigation menu, click Info Center > Employees.
2. Click beside the Search field on the form's toolbar.
3. Complete the following steps on the Employee lookup:
   1. In the Display Type field on the lookup, select Advanced.
   2. In the Search Field in the Search Criteria grid of the Advanced Employee lookup, select Employee Name.
   3. In the Operators field, select Equal and in the Search List field select the employee name.
4. Optional. To find all companies where the employee is active, insert another condition on the Search Criteria grid and complete the following actions:
   1. In the Search Field, select Status.
   2. In the Operators field, select Equal.
   3. In the Search List field select Active.
5. Click Search. The search results grid displays all companies with which the employee is associated. If you also filtered for active status, the list includes only those companies where the employee is active. The list displays only those companies to which you have access rights, regardless of your access to the current employee record.
