WBS Icons in Interactive Billing

If you are new to Interactive Billing, you may find it helpful to review the significance of the icons.

• Projects selected for billing from Interactive Billing may display with icons next to the project number and name, to indicate the number of Work Breakdown Structure levels for the project. If no icons display, the project has only one level.
• The Billing Group icon ( ) displays on the Interactive Billing form. This icon indicates that the currently opened project belongs to a billing group, either as the main project, or one of the sub-projects.
• When you open the Phase/Task Lookup, you can click Pin at the upper right of the lookup to "pin" the lookup to the application page so that it remains visible while you have the record open.
