If you run a key conversion to start using the phase or task level for a project with a iAccess for Vision plan, existing planned resource rows may be moved down to the new lowest level. For example, if you have planned labor at the Project level, and then enable phases, all planned labor is moved down to the new phase. Planned expenses and consultants may be moved down if the Expense or Consultant plan level is set to Phase or Lowest Level.
