Use the Opportunities tab to associate one or more opportunities with a marketing campaign. You associate an opportunity record with a marketing campaign record when you add it to the Opportunities grid. Both records reflect the association.

When a lead is qualified as an opportunity,
Vision associates all of the marketing campaigns associated with that lead with the new opportunity record. An opportunity record must exist in your database before you can associate it with a contact record.
Opportunities Grid
The fields on the grid display information from the opportunity record in the Opportunity Info Center.

Opportunities Drop-down

Click the drop-down arrow on a grid header to complete any of the following actions:
- To print grid data, click
Print. On the Print Preview form, click
to send the grid data to your default printer.
- To export grid data to an Excel spreadsheet, click
Export to Excel. When Microsoft Excel opens, use its features to modify, print, or email the grid data, or to save the spreadsheet file locally.
- To turn on grouping for a grid, click
Enable Grouping. When a field displays with the instruction: "Drag a column header here to group by that column," drag and drop column headers into the field, in the sequence that you want them to display.
Not all options are available on all grids.

Associate
|
Click this option if the opportunity that you are adding already exists in your database.

Remove
|
Click this option to remove an opportunity from the Opportunities grid.

Name
|
This field displays the name of the opportunity.
Click the name to open the record in the current browser window or right-click the name and then click the
Open in new window option to open the record in a separate browser window.

Number
|
This field displays the opportunity number.
|
Stage
|
This field displays the current stage of the opportunity.
