Copy an Existing Expense Account Table
Instead of creating a new expense account table from scratch, you can copy an existing table and modify it.
To copy an expense account table, complete the following steps:
- From the Vision Navigation menu, click .

On the Expense Account Tables form, complete one of the following steps to select the table to copy:
Option Description To look for and select the table, then copy it Click Search and select the table on the Lookup. Click . To copy a table that displays on the lookup Click , then select the table on the Lookup. - Modify the information on the Expense Account Tables form.
- Click Save.
