Use the Project Info Center tabs to enter and review information about your projects, link related files and Info Center records to your project records, and schedule project activities.

Use the General tab to enter, edit, or review basic information about a project. - Contract Management Tab of Project Info Center
Use the Contract Management tab to organize information about the contracts and associated details related to the project record. This includes dates, statuses, amounts, notes, and employee sales credit for contracts, and any changes related to those items. - Accounting Tab of Project Info Center
Use the Accounting tab to enter accounting information for the project, including billing information, compensation and fee amounts, revenue and charge types, units and multipliers, percent completes, and revenue upset limits. The Accounting tab is available if you use Vision Accounting. - Time and Expense Tab of Project Info Center
Use the Time and Expense tab to enter time, expense, and payroll accounting information for the project. This includes budget and labor code data, expense default billing data, purchasing multipliers, cross charge methods, pay/cost rate methods, and payroll tax locales. - Budget and Revenue Tab of Project Info Center
Use the Budget & Revenue tab to enter compensation and fee amounts, revenue and charge types, units and multipliers, percent completes, and revenue upset limits for the current project. This tab is available if you use Vision Accounting. - Team Tab of
Project Info Center
Use the Team tab to organize information about the employees and vendors who work on a project. - Clients/Contacts Tab of
Project Info Center
Use the Clients/Contacts tab to link one or more client or contact records to a project record. - Activities Tab of
Project Info Center
Use the Activities tab to schedule project activities directly from individual project records. - Background Tab of
Project Info Center
Use the Background tab to enter a project's background or history information, including project codes, descriptions, and awards received. - Dates and Costs Tab of
Project Info Center
Use the Dates and Costs tab to enter or review project dates and cost data. The information on this tab provides a snapshot of a project's budget and status. - Documents Tab of
Project Info Center
Use the Documents tab to associate a document with a project record. You can check out a document for exclusive access, edit it, and then check it back in to make it available to other users. You can also view the document's version history. - Links Tab of
Project Info Center
Use the Links tab to link one or more external text files, graphics files, or email messages to a project record. When you add a file link to the Links grid, Vision creates a hyperlink between the link path specified in the Link Path field on the grid and the file. Click the link path to open the file from the current record. - Intercompany Billing Tab of Project Info Center
The Intercompany Billing tab is available in the Project Info Center if you use the Multicompany feature. You use Intercompany Billing to process labor and expense costs between companies when an employee from one company charges time or expenses to a project that belongs to another company. - Location Tab of
Project Info Center
Use the Location tab to maintain contact information for the location where the project work is actually performed. You can enter address information, phone and fax numbers, and an email address for the project work site. - Marketing Campaigns Tab of
Project Info Center
Use the Marketing Campaigns tab to associate one or more marketing campaigns with a project. To associate a marketing campaign record with a project record, add it to the Marketing Campaigns grid. Both records reflect the association. - Attachments Tab of Project Info Center
Use this tab to upload, view, and store documents such as contracts, waivers, and images for your projects. Vision attaches these documents to the info center record for which they were uploaded.
