Add a Labor Code Table

Create a new labor code table when you need to associate labor billing rates with individual labor codes.

To add a new labor code rate table:

  1. From the Vision Navigation menu, click Billing > Billing Rate Tables > Labor Code.
  2. On the toolbar of the Billing Labor Code Tables form, click New > New Labor Code Table.
  3. Enter a table number and name.
  4. Optional. Use the grid to specify labor code masks.
  5. In the lookup fields at the bottom of the form, associate organizations and employees with labor code tables.
  6. Click Save.

Alternative Procedure: To create new tables, you can also copy and modify existing tables.
