iAccess for Vision Plan Status Dialog Box

Use this dialog box to determine if certain iAccess for Vision plans need to be checked in or published before you adjust resource assignments.

If your firm uses iAccess for Vision Integration, click iAccess for Vision Plan Status on the Resource Utilization and Generic Resources forms to display the iAccess for Vision Plan Status dialog box. This dialog box lists the iAccess for Vision plans that are currently checked out and/or have unpublished changes.

Vision checks the plan status whenever you save updates to an iAccess for Vision plan. If the changed resource assignments are to iAccess for Vision plans that are checked out or have unpublished changes, the iAccess for Vision Plan Status dialog box displays. This dialog box lists those iAccess for Vision plans that will be affected by pending resource changes. If you choose to continue with the save process, the listed iAccess for Vision plans are automatically checked in or are reverted to the last published version of the plan and then the resource assignment changes are saved. Any changes to the iAccess for Vision plans are automatically published.

If you cancel the save process, the iAccess for Vision Plan Status dialog box closes and the application returns to the previous screen with the unsaved edits.
