Equipment Reporting Dialog Box

Use this dialog box in the Equipment Info Center to print an asset or equipment report.

These are the same reports that are available in Reporting > Equipment. When you run the reports from the Equipment Info Center, the asset item, equipment item, or group of items, that you have open or selected on the Equipment form is automatically selected for the reports, and prefills in the Selection column of the Equipment Reporting dialog box.

  • Toolbar of Reporting Form or Dialog Box
    Use the options on the Reporting toolbar to initiate an action for the selected report.
  • Reports Tab
    The Reports tab is your primary working area for Vision Reporting. Use the Reports tab to select a report, set its options, restrict the records included, save settings, and create favorite reports. The Reports tab lists the reports that are available to you based on the Vision features that are active and on your security access.
  • Archived Reports Tab
    Use the Archived Reports tab to preview, print, or download archived reports. You can also distribute archived reports by email. The option to archive reports is only available if you are using the Standard Edition or Enterprise Edition of Microsoft SQL Server. If you use a different version of SQL Server, the Reporting form does not have a Create Report Archive option or an Archived Reports tab.
  • Current Activity Tab
    Use the Current Activity tab to review your currently running reporting jobs. You can also use it to delete a job (because it is taking too long, for example).
