Refresh PRSummary Table

You can run this utility at any time. Deltek recommends that you schedule it to run every night or during off-hours. If you do so, numbers on the reports are accurate as of the preceding night, for all users.

You can schedule this process via the process server.

To run the Refresh PRSummary Table utility:

1. From the Vision Navigation menu, click Utilities > Advanced Utilities > Refresh PRSummary Table.
2. On the Refresh Project Summary Table form, select one of the following actions:

   Option	Description
   To run this utility manually	Click Run.
   To schedule this utility to run on a regular basis via the process server	Click Schedule and complete the information on the Schedule dialog box.
