Select Projects for Billing Extension Refresh
Before you refresh billing extensions, you select the projects for which you want to update extensions.
If record-level security is applied to Billing, you can select only those projects available for you to bill, based on your role.
To select projects for billing extension refresh, complete the following steps:
- From the Vision Navigation menu, click .

In the
Select Specific Projects field on the Billing Extensions form, click
Search to select projects or, to refresh extensions for all projects, leave the default
All Projects setting selected.
- On the Project Lookup, select the projects.
- Click Apply.
