Open a New Benefit Year

When you open a new benefit accrual year, Vision zeroes out all year-to-date accrual totals for all employees. This includes year-to-date hours earned and taken.

To open a new benefit year:

1. From the Vision Navigation menu, click Utilities > Open New Benefit Year.
2. In the New Benefit Accrual Year field on the Open New Benefit Accrual year dialog box, enter the new year and then click OK to switch to the new benefit accrual year.
