Add System Dashpart Dialog Box

Use this dialog box to add and configure system dashparts.

Location

To display the Add System Dashpart dialog box, complete the following steps:

On the Dashboard toolbar, click Configure > Add System Dashpart.

Field Description
Dashpart Name Enter a name for the dashpart that will display in the Dashboard.
Dashpart Type From the drop-down list, select the dashpart's type. This determines the dashpart's content.

The Type field include items such as Activities, Contacts, Employees, Applications, and Reports. For example, when you select, Contacts, the dashpart will contain the contacts that you selected when you configured the dashpart. When you select Applications or Reports, the dashpart will contain hyperlinks to open the Vision applications or reports that you specified when you configured the dashpart.

Configure Click this button to open the Dashpart Configuration dialog box, and specify the records that you want to see in the dashpart.
OK Click this button to save your changes and close the Add System Dashpart dialog box.
Cancel Click this button to close the Add System Dashpart dialog box without saving the changes that you made.
