Use the Startup tab to change your password and determine how
Vision behaves when you first log in.

| Startup Application
|
Select one of three options:

Blank Page — A blank page (or a company cover page if your company has set one up) displays when you log in to
Vision.

Dashboard — Your personal dashboard displays when you log into
Vision.

Selected Application — Select this option and click the
Select button to see a list of all the applications on the
Vision Navigation menu. Select the application that you want to display when you log in.

This option determines whether you want to save the size and position of the
Vision login window, the main
Vision window, or a
Vision report window. For example, if you changed the size and position of the main
Vision window using the double arrow tool and/or arrow, and this option is selected, the next time you open the window,
Vision remembers the size and position you specified.
If you do not select this option,
Vision opens these windows/reports at 1024 x 768, even if you previously resized them.

| Default Database
|
Select a default database to connect to when you log into
Vision.
|
| Default Language
|
This field displays if you use Integrated Security and
Vision's Multiple Languages feature. Select a default language for the database. This drop-down list includes all of the supported and enabled languages for
Vision. If you do not select a default language,
Vision prompts you to select a language on the Login dialog box.

| Change Password
|
Click this button to display the Change Password dialog box. Enter your old password, enter your new password, confirm your new password, and then click
OK.
