Change Task Dates to ASAP
When you set task dependencies, you can create additional float between a successor and predecessor without adding lag or lead time. To do this, you can change all task dates to ASAP (as soon as possible). When you use the ASAP option, you remove the float before the start of the successor.
Before you change the task dates to ASAP, you must consider the type of relationship that is created between dependent tasks.
