In addition to the Expense Report Form, you use dialog boxes to complete related tasks, such as selecting expense reports, viewing status, associating supporting documents, or providing details about travel-related expenses.

Use the Expense Report form to enter all the information required to record your expense items. - Expense Report Detail Dialog Boxes
Four Detail dialog boxes are available for use in the Expense Report application: General Detail, Business Meals Detail, Travel/Mileage Detail, and No Detail. When you select the Detail option for an expense item on the Expense Report form, one of these detail boxes displays. - Expense Report Selection Dialog Box
Use the Expense Report Selection dialog box to view the status of expense reports and open, create, copy, or delete expense reports. - Expense Report Selection to Copy Dialog Box
Use the Expense Report Selection to Copy dialog box to view the status of expense reports or select an expense report to copy. - Company Selection Dialog Box
If you use the Multicompany feature, use the Company Selection dialog box to change the company on which you are currently working. The timesheet will update accordingly. - Select Expense Report Dialog Box
Use the Select Expense Report dialog box to view a list of entered expense reports, open and edit expense reports, print expense reports, change the status of expense reports, approve expense reports, or purge expense reports. - Print Expense Report Option Dialog Box
The Print Expense Report Option dialog box allows you to select a default printing option that controls which, if any, report Vision generates when you submit an expense report for processing. - Purge Posted Expense Reports Dialog Box
You post expense reports in the Transaction Center but you use the Purge Posted Expense Report dialog box in Time and Expense to purge posted expense reports. - Supporting Document Dialog Box
Use the Supporting Document dialog box to associate one or more documents with a transaction (or set of transactions). - Tax Codes Dialog Box
Use this dialog box to change the tax amount in the Total Tax Amount field on the AP Vouchers, AP Disbursements, Cash Disbursements, or Employee Expenses forms in Transaction Entry and on the Expense Report form in Time & Expense. - Currency Override Dialog Box
If you use the Multicurrency feature, you can use the Currency Override dialog box to select a different transaction currency for the current transaction or to override the exchange rate used for the current transaction.
