Use the Summarized tab to combine multiple budgets into a single summarized budget. You cannot edit any account information on this tab. If you have the same account specified in more than one budget, Vision combines the amounts into one line.

Budgets to Consolidate Grid
This grid lists the available consolidated budgets. Select the budgets for which you want to view or print a summarized budget.

| Budget Year
|
This column displays the year associated with the budget.
|
| Group
|
This column displays the consolidation group associated with the budget.
|
| Company
|
This column displays the company associated with the budget. If this column is blank, the budget is for the consolidation group as a whole.

| Currency
|
This column displays the currency associated with the consolidation group and the budget. You can only summarize budgets that have the same currency.
|
| Account
|
This column displays the number of the account.
|
| Account Name
|
This field displays the account's name.
|
| Annual
|
This column displays the summarized annual budget amount for the account.
|
| Period Columns
|
These columns display the summarized period budget amounts for the account.
|
| Reference
|
This column displays the summarized reference budget amount for the account. The reference budget amount does not affect the distribution of the annual amount for the budget. It is for reference purposes only.
