Toolbar of the User Activity Form

Use toolbar options to refresh data, send email messages to logged-in users, and disable or enable user logins. You can also purge activity logs.

Field Description
Refresh Click this option to update the information on the User Activity grid.
Actions To send an email message to logged-in users for the day, click Actions > Email Logged In Users. By default, logged-in users are included in the BCC field on the Send Email dialog box. You can add other users on the To or CC fields.

To disable all users' logins, click Actions > Disable user logins. When all logins are disabled, users with an Admin Security role can still log on to Vision.

To enable all users' logins, click Actions > Enable user logins.

Purge Click this button to delete all user activity logs for a specific date range. Clicking this button opens the Purge User Activity dialog box, on which you select a start date and an end date. Any user activity logs found within the selected date range will be deleted. Click OK to continue or click Cancel to close the Purge User Activity dialog box without purging any user activity log.

If you click OK, a confirmation message displays. Click Yes to continue deleting the user activity logs, or click No to return to the Purge User Activity dialog box.

Save Click this button to save your changes.
