Opportunity Examples - Contact Info Center

You can associate opportunity records with contact records.

Example One

If you open the contact record for Luisa Gonzalez and add Student Activity Center to the Opportunities grid:

• Student Activity Center — and related opportunity information — displays in the Opportunities grid on the Opportunities tab of Luisa Gonzalez's contact record.

• Luisa Gonzalez — and related contact information — displays in the Contacts grid on the Clients/Contacts tab of the Student Activity Center's opportunity record.

If you open the contact record for Luisa Gonzalez and remove Student Activity Center from the Opportunities grid:

• Student Activity Center — and related opportunity information—no longer displays in the Opportunities grid on the Opportunities tab of Luisa Gonzalez's contact record.

• Luisa Gonzalez — and related contact information — no longer displays in the Contacts grid on the Clients/Contacts tab of the Student Activity Center's opportunity record.

Example Two

If you open the opportunity record for the Student Activity Center and add Luisa Gonzalez to the Contacts grid:

• Luisa Gonzalez — and related contact information — displays in the Contacts grid on the Clients/Contacts tab of the Student Activity Center's opportunity record.

• Student Activity Center — and related opportunity information — displays in the Opportunities grid on the Opportunities tab of Luisa Gonzalez's contact record.

If you open the opportunity record for the Student Activity Center and remove Luisa Gonzalez from the Contacts grid:

• Luisa Gonzalez — and related contact information — no longer displays in the Contacts grid on the Clients/Contacts tab of the Student Activity Center's opportunity record.

• Student Activity Center — and related opportunity information — no longer displays in the Opportunities grid on the Opportunities tab of Luisa Gonzalez's contact record.
