Marketing Campaign Examples - Contact Info Center

You can associate marketing campaign records with contact records.

Example One

If you open the contact record for Greg Chu and add Municipal Design to the Marketing Campaigns grid:

• Municipal Design — and related marketing campaign information — displays in the Marketing Campaigns grid on the Marketing Campaigns tab of Greg Chu's contact record.

• Greg Chu — and related contact information — displays on the Contacts grid on the Contacts tab of the Municipal Design marketing campaign record.

If you open the contact record for Greg Chu and remove Municipal Design from the Marketing Campaigns grid:

• Municipal Design — and related marketing campaign — no longer displays in the Marketing Campaigns grid on the Marketing Campaigns tab of Greg Chu's contact record.

• Greg Chu — and related contact information — no longer displays on the Contacts grid on the Contacts tab of the Municipal Design's marketing campaign record.

Example Two

If you open the Marketing Campaign record for Municipal Design and add Greg Chu to the Contacts grid:

• Greg Chu — and related contact information — displays on the Contacts grid on the Contacts tab of the Municipal Design's marketing campaign record.

• Municipal Design — and related marketing campaign information — displays in the Marketing Campaigns grid on the Marketing Campaigns tab of Greg Chu's contact record.

If you open the Marketing Campaign record for Municipal Design and remove Greg Chu from the Contacts grid:

• Greg Chu — and related contact information — no longer displays on the Contacts grid on the Client/Contacts tab of the Municipal Design's marketing campaign record.

• Municipal Design — and related marketing campaign information — no longer displays in the Marketing Campaigns grid on the Marketing Campaigns tab of Greg Chu's contact record.
