Download Integration Utility

Use the Download Integration utility to download the software files necessary to use the Microsoft Office Integration feature, which integrates Vision with Microsoft Word, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Microsoft Outlook.

This feature is only available if you have Vision CRM installed.

With the Microsoft Office Integration feature, you can:

• Share client, contact, lead, and activity information.
• Insert Vision Opportunity record information or Text Library text into PowerPoint presentations.
• Search the Vision Text Library for data to copy to your Word documents.
• Automatically generate Vision clients, contacts, and activities.
• Search the database directly from your desktop.
