Change Report Parameters on the Preview Window

For some reports, you can change selected report parameters on the Preview window and generate the report again without returning to the Options dialog box.

To change parameters on the Preview window, complete the following steps:

1. Preview a report or preview a favorite.
2. Click the bar on the top edge of the Preview window toolbar to display the parameter area. At the top of the Preview window, Vision displays fields for the parameters that you can change.
3. Change the parameters.
4. Click View Report to generate the report based on the new parameters.
5. To hide the parameters, click the bar at the bottom edge of the parameter area.
