Drill Down for Detail

For selected report fields, you can drill down from a previewed report to display more information about a value on the report. You can only drill down from data displayed in blue.

When you move the mouse pointer over the value, the pointer changes to . If the pointer does not change, you cannot drill down from that value. Vision displays the related detail in a separate window.

You can only drill down for detail if the report is in preview mode. If you click to display it in page layout mode, the drill down links are no longer active.

To drill down for detail on a report, complete the following steps:

1. Preview a report or preview a favorite.
2. Click the report value for which you want to view more detail. Vision opens a window that displays more information about the item from which you drilled down.
