Download Merge Code Macro Utility

Vision Proposals comes installed with a set of merge codes you can use to modify sample and default merge templates and create new merge templates, in Microsoft Word. To access these merge codes, you must download the merge code macro and save it to your Word startup folder.

Each time that Deltek releases additional merge codes, you must repeat the download procedure to make these new merge codes available in the macro's lookup lists.

The macro toolbar buttons display in the Custom Toolbars area of Word 2007/2010/2013 when you open Word and click Add-Ins on the menu bar (ribbon).

You must use the Merge Code toolbar to insert merge codes in Custom Proposals. Entering a merge code can corrupt it and it may not merge data properly.

To insert merge codes in government proposal templates, you must enter them into a Word document, then copy and paste them into the merge template.
