Use the screens in Planning Reports application group to print reports for affirmative action planning.

The U.S. Department of Labor, Office Federal Contract Compliance Program (OFCCP) requires covered contractors and subcontractors to submit an annual Equal Pay Report which provides summary data on the compensation, total work hours, and number of employees by sex, race, ethnicity, and specified job categories.
