Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Leave Subtask

Managers use this subtask on the Leave screen to view leave information for the current year of each leave type.

Field Description
Leave Type

This field displays the leave type descriptions assigned to the employee.

Beginning Balance

This field displays the balance for the leave type at the beginning of the year.

Deferred Leave

This field displays the deferred leave balance for the leave type.

YTD Accrual

This field displays the year-to-date accrual for the leave type.

YTD Used

This field displays the year-to-date hours used for the leave type.

Current Balance

This field displays the current accrual balance in hours for the leave type.
