Customer Non-contiguous Ranges Subtask

Use the Customer Non-Contiguous Ranges subtask on the Purge Customers screen to create a non-contiguous range of customers to purge.

This subtask is available only if you selected the Non-Contiguous Range check box on the Purge Customer screen.

You can create a non-contiguous range that consists of multiple contiguous ranges of customers, single customers, or a combination of both.

Customer

Click on the table window toolbar to activate a row in the table. You enter multiple rows to make up a non-contiguous range of customers.

Field Description
Range Type

From the drop-down list, select a range type for the range of customers.

The options are:

  • One: Select one customer in the Starting Customer field. The Ending Customer field is disabled for this option.
  • Range: Enter a range of customers by entering a customer in the Starting Customer and Ending Customer fields.
  • From Beginning: You want to specify a range that starts at the beginning of all available customers and ends with the customer that you enter in the Ending Customer field.
  • To End: You want to specify a range that starts with the customer that you enter in the Starting Customer field and ends with the end of all available customers.
Starting Customer

Enter, or click to select a starting customer for the range.

This field is available only if you selected One, Range, or To End in the Range Type field.

Ending Customer

Enter, or click to select an ending customer for the range.

This field is available only if you selected Range or From Beginning in the Range Type field.
