User DEF2 Non-Contiguous Ranges Subtask

Use this subtask on the Print Accounts Receivable Aging Report screen to select a non-contiguous range of user-defined 2 labels to include on the A/R Aging report.

With this subtask, you can create a non-contiguous range that consists of multiple contiguous ranges of user-defined 2 labels, a single user-defined 2 label, or a combination of both.

This subtask is available only if you selected the Non-Contiguous Ranges check box for the primary or secondary sorting group on the Print Accounts Receivable Aging Report screen.

User-Def2 Non-Contiguous Ranges Table

Click on the table toolbar to activate a row in the table. You can enter multiple rows to make up a non-contiguous range of user-defined 2 labels.

Field Description
Range Type

From the drop-down list, select a type of range of user-defined 2 labels. The options are:

  • One: Select this if you want only one user-defined 2 label on the report. Select one user-defined label 2 in the Starting User Defined Label 2 field. The Ending User Defined Label 2 field is disabled for this option.
  • Range: Select this if you want a range of user-defined label 2s on the report. Enter the first user-defined label 2 of the range in the Starting User Defined Label 2 field and the last user-defined label 2 in the Ending User Defined Label 2 field.
  • From Beginning: Select this if you want to specify a range that starts at the beginning of all available user-defined label 2 and ends with the user-defined label 2 that you enter in the Ending User Defined Label 2 field.
  • To End: Select this if you want to specify a range that starts with the user-defined label that you enter in the Starting User Defined Label 2 field and ends with the last of all available user-defined 2 labels.

Enter, or click to select, a starting user-defined label 2.

This field is available if you selected One, Range, or To End in the Range Type field.

Ending User Defined Label 2

Enter, or click to select, an ending user defined label 2.

This field is available if you selected Range or From Beginning in the Range Type field.
