Contents of the Benefits Enrollment Screen

Use the fields and options to configure the Benefits Enrollment Screen.

The header of the Benefits Enrollment screen displays the employee's last name, first name, and employee ID.

Start and End Dates

Field	Description
Open Enrollment Start and End Dates	This field displays the starting date and the ending date of the open enrollment period.
Benefits Start and End Dates	The field displays the starting date and the ending date of the effectivity of the benefit.
