Managers use this subtask to view the list of skills obtained by their direct/indirect reports.

Field	Description
Description	This field displays a description of the skill that the employee obtained.
Skill Level	This field displays the level of skill that the employee has for the skill obtained.
Date Acquired	This field displays the date when the employee acquired the skill.
Years of Experience	This field displays the number of years that the employee has experience with the skill.
